Returns of merchandise will be accepted in the following cases:

• In case the merchandise arrives in poor condition, prior photographic proof of the merchandise's condition is required.
• In the event that the products do not correspond to what was requested in the customer's Purchase Order (model, color, size) with photographic proof of the discrepancy.

Returns can be made a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer. Products that arrive in different conditions will not be accepted.

To proceed with the return, Bigalli will issue a label for the product to be returned to our warehouse or will determine in writing some other means of processing returns.
